1. Boat, Sport and Travel Show- Booth space donated by Indy Powersports. We will share the booth with ATV Safety Institute. Flyers for the Miracle Ride, buisness cards and TRA flyer will be handed out. Booth will be manned for the first weekend by TRA members to answer any questions and to spread the word of sport.

2. Miracle Ride- Flyer is made and being distributed. There will be some information in the ABATE mailer. The Flyer has TRA website on it.

Looking for a Dealer to step up and donate a couple side by side's so that some Riley Children can go on a ride. Any help would be appreciated.

ABATE is looking into attaching TRA's to their insurance policy for coverage. If not TRA may need to buy a one day policy, estimated cost $400. There are waivers being printed.

Looking for an Officer of the Law to provide security while money is on site. If anyone knows a Police Officer that may help let us know.

Need to look into EMS on site as well.

Our camping/ride @ LCRP starts on Friday, March 19th. During the weekend we will find routes for semi-guided rides and come up with a final plan for the benefit ride. We urge all Members who can make to please show up and lend a helping hand.


3. Other buisness- Weeklong ride in June was discussed. Follow ride planning link for updated material and information. Guided rides in Evarts will be a group for easy riding, and a group for more adventourous travel. Should be a ride for everyone.
