As you no doubt are aware of, liability laws require groups like ours to take steps to protect ourselves. If you choose to ride with our group you must understand that you do so at your own risk. We provide this forum for friends who love our sport to have a means of getting together and doing what we enjoy. Neither the owner of this site, Dexter Luck, or his wife Bernice, nor do any members of this site, assume any liability for accidents or injuries you might sustain while riding with us. We urge all persons who ride ATV's to exercise extreme caution while riding, and to understand that riding an ATV can be dangerous. Please at all times be aware of other riders and their proximity to you, and practice safe riding habits. Under no circumstances do we tolerate unsafe riding habits, or the use of any alcoholic beverage before or while riding.

By registering in this forum you agree to hold the owner of this site, and all members of this site free of any liability from any damages or injuries you may incur while riding with this group. You understand that you ride at "your" own risk when participating in any group rides or activities. Trail Riders of America does not charge dues and does not profit from any rides they may participate in. If you practice unsafe riding habits or consume any alcoholic beverage before or while riding you may be asked to leave our group.
